2015 Valor Award

Dan Craver was working his post in the State Capital when a person came in and said someone had fallen outside. Dan went out to check on the person, who was face down on the concrete and bleeding with no pulse. Dan then radioed for an AED and started CPR until the Albany Fire Department arrived and the patient was transported to AMC. NYSCOPBA recognizes Dan Craver for this selfless and brave act.
