Convicted Murderer Refuses Officer’s Orders Before Attack

Stormville, NY – An inmate serving a 25 years to life sentence punched an officer and attempted to choke him after refusing orders to get into his cell at the maximum security correctional facility.

On Sunday, November 8, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the inmate was ordered to get back inside his cell. The inmate refused and approached the officer in a threatening manner. The officer grabbed the inmate in a body hold and attempted to put him up against the wall.  FULL PRESS RELEASE
