K9 and Handler Locate Synthetic Marijuana on Downstate Woman
Marcy, NY – A Downstate woman was arrested for drug possession at Mid-State Correctional Facility after a K-9 officer’s dog alerted to drugs in her possession. The woman was visiting a friend who is an inmate at the facility.
