While CO was conducting his noon count an I/M grabbed the shirt of the CO and pulled him into the I/M’s cell bars. The I/M proceeded to spit in the CO’s face and on his body. Another CO saw the I/M grab ahold of the officer and immediately responded and proceeded to apply 5 applications of OC pepper spray from his issued canister to the head and face of the I/M, the desired effect was achieved and the I/M let go of the officer’s shirt.
