I/M threatened bodily harm upon the female unit officer. Officer activated the PAS. When response arrived inmate was compliant and was placed in mechanical restraints. Once restrained the inmate became combative, head butting the escorting officer. OC spray was deployed. Inmate then attempted to kick the escorting officer and was subdued with body holds. Inmate then became compliant and was escorted to SHU. Inmate became combative again upon admission to SHU, OC spray was deployed and body holds were used to subdue the inmate. Inmate began to spit at staff. Spit net was applied to inmate for staff safety. Inmate defecated during the incident, several officers were exposed to the defecate. Inmate admitted to being high on K2 and is an active mental health inmate.
