Assault Alert – Five Points CF

While on a transport to Marcy Town Court the Officers and Sergeant were waiting to speak with the District Attorney. While waiting the I/M lunged at the Sergeants firearm in an attempt to retrieve it from him. The Sergeant was able to quickly turn and keep the firearm away from the I/M while the officers were able to gain control of the I/M by using body holds. The I/M was transported back to the facility with an assist from Mid State CERT without further incident.
