Assault Alert – Gouverneur C.F.

Inmate was ordered to submit to a pat frisk after activating the recreational metal detector.  When Inmate was ordered to place his religious items down he refused to comply and was given second direct order at which time he quickly spun from the wall.  The inmate struck the Officer with his elbow.  The Officer used a body hold to subdue the inmate who then complied and was placed in mechanical restraints.
