Inmate returned from his assigned program demanding a shower.  Officers ordered inmate to his cell while they checked to see if he was entitled to a shower.  The inmate began walking to his cell and when an Officer attempted to exit the Officer’s cage the inmate charged at the Officer and used both fists to punch the Officer’s face multiple times until the Officer became unconscious and fell to the floor.  Another Officer used his radio to call for a response at which time the inmate used his fists  to punch the Officer in the face multiple times.    The inmate then began walking down the company when he was ordered to stop and failed to comply.  The inmate then put the third Officer in a bear hug and used his head to repeatedly strike the Officers face.  The Officer used body holds to take the inmate to the floor.  Responding Officers used body holds to restrain the inmate and mechanical restraints were applied.  Once the inmate was on his feet he used his feet to strike the responding Officers right thigh in addition to trying to head butt both Officers.  OC spray was used and the inmate became compliant. 5 Officers were transported to outside Medical.
