CO was working in ICP when he gave I/M an order to lock in. The I/M refused. CO gave several more direct orders to lock in , I/M continued to refuse. CO approached the I/M and continued to direct the I/M to lock in , at that time the I/M punched the CO on the left side of his face. CO called for a red alert via his radio. CO administered 3 applications of OC spray and ordered the I/M onto the wall, however the OC spray did not  have the desired effect. The I/M started towards the CO and the CO administered two more applications of OC, once again w/o the desired effect. The I/M the ran into the CO. The CO grabbed the I/M and put him in a bear hug, taking him to the ground. CO held the I/M on the floor until responding CO’s entered the unit. The I/M was placed in mechanical restraints and taken to SHU.
