On Tuesday , June 21st 2019, at approximately while patrolling Officers observed a male individual rolling what appears to be a marijuana cigarette in front of facility gatehouse. Officer’s stopped and question the individual of his action. Individual was informed he cannot smoke on grounds and was told to leave the area. At this point the individual grabbed and push one of the Officer’s into the patrol vehicle injuring his left shoulder. At this point the other officer pulled the individual off and held the individual on the patrol vehicle. Officer then advised the individual that he is under arrest for assaulting an officer. Officer handcuffed the individual, FDNY ambulance and NYPD were called.
Search conducted and the following items found on suspect; 4 marijuana cigarettes, 1 bag of K2 and 1 small bag of marijuana inside a pack of cigarettes
