SSO was punched in the left cheek by resident of outpatient services while attempting to search the individual at the gatehouse. The punch resulted in Officer sustaining a cracked tooth and bruising. During the ensuing arrest, two other Officers sustained injuries which required medical attention. Perp was arrested by NYPD.
