CO was walking past cell RM-B1-020 occupied by I/M with OMH level 1s. I/M threw an unknown liquid smelling of urine out of the cell door window from an unknown container striking the CO in the upper torso and shoulder area. Area Supervisor notified and aggravated Harassment protocol initiated.
