Assault Alert – Shawangunk CF

I/M was selected for a random pat frisk while returning from E- Yard. After the pat frisk was completed the CO directed the I/M to pick up the pieces of toilet paper off the table that were removed from his pockets . The I/M replied “Fuck You, I’m not picking them up ! ” The CO gave the I/M a direct order to pick up his toilet paper. The CO turned his head slightly to the right to talk to the other CO who had come over due to the I/M causing a disturbance. At that time the I/ M punched the CO in the left side of his face below the left eye area. The CO became dazed and fell to one knee. As that was happened the other Officer took the I/M down to the ground and applied mechanical restraints to the I/M. Officer went to medical for evaluation and treatment and remained on duty.
