While in holding cell at Kings County Brooklyn Court an inmate threw and entire open carton of milk striking three Officers in their head and torso area. While placing the inmate in full restraints the inmate with a clenched fist struck an Officer in the right temple.  The Officer placed the inmate in a hold, inmate continued to be combative by kicking, spitting and flailing his arms towards the Officers.  Inmate was given several direct orders to place his hands behind his back, inmate continued to refuse.  OC spray was used to gain control of the inmate at which time he was placed in mechanical restraints.
