While escorting SHU I/m to medical, I/M lowered his body and turned and struck CO with his right elbow and right shoulder in the chest and pushed the CO into the wall. CO forced the I/M to the floor. I/M grabbed CO’s shirt and spit in his face. After several direct orders and body holds I/M ceased resisting and became compliant with direction.
