CO observed I/M bend over and retrieve an envelope that was slid under the middle door between dorms B1 and B2. CO approached I/M and gave him a direct order to give him the envelope. I/M at that time used his left hand and shoved CO in the chest area and ran into the bathroom. PAS activated. He pursued the I/M into the bathroom. Using body holds on the I/M, CO was able to gain control of the contraband and the I/M became compliant.
