During supervising an OMH admission of I/M to Infirmary room 8 with escorts officers, once the CO removed the mechanical restraints , I/M struck CO with a closed fist to the left side of his face and then struck another CO in the left shoulder and jaw area. Force was used on the I/M to gain control of him. Mechanical restraints were re-applied and the I/M complied to all further direction. Both officers were seen by medical staff and remained on duty.
