Officers and a Sergeant opened the door to G2-15A assigned to I/m to have him remove papers he had put on his windows completely obstructing visibility into the room. I/M picked up a Styrofoam cup off the floor and threw the contents at the Officers and Sergeant. The liquid in the cup struck all three. The liquid had the color and smell of urine. One CO was struck with the majority of the liquid with some of it entering his mouth. I/M then moved towards the officers in an aggressive manner with a pen in his hand stating “I’m going to poke holes in you if you come in this room”. The door was secured immediately and Aggravated Harassment protocol was initiated.
