Assault Alert – Wende CF

I/M was let out of his cell for a Tier 2 hearing. I/M was uncooperative during the pat frisk. As CO opened the block gate to let the i/M out, I/M using his right shoulder struck CO in the chest area knocking him into the gate. CO attempted to place I/M in a bear hug and I/M forcibly shoved the CO backwards. CO’s attempted to place I/M on the wall , I/M started flailing his arms and attempted to throw punches. CO using both hands took control of his left arm and other CO took control of his right arm and took him to the ground face first. Mechanical restraints were applied and I/M became compliant.
