While conducting a pat frisk outside of the Messhall inmate came of the wall assaulting an officer. Several officers responded. It took multiple officers to restrain the inmate. All staff remained on duty.

Inmate returned from a trip and refused to comply with staff in regards to going on 1 on 1 watch. Inmate attempted to kick officers. Force was used 4 officers and 1 Sgt. sent to outside hospital, 1 officer returned back to work.
