One Officer Transferred to Hospital for Treatment
Marcy, NY – Two officers were injured at Mid-State Correctional Facility when an inmate attacked an officer who had ordered him off one of the facility phones.
The incident occurred on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at approximately 3:04 p.m. The inmate was on the phone and was ordered off the phone by an officer after the allotted time had expired. Full Press Release
