Brothers and Sisters:
As most of you might know, we had 4 Officers and a Sgt suspended and issued Notices of Discipline resulting from use of force cases at Sullivan CF. So far to date, the Sgt and two of the Officers have won their arbitration cases and have been returned to work with full back pay. A big thank you to our attorneys and all NYSCOPBA representatives that have been dealing with and have assisted with these cases. Two more to go!!
