Auburn, NY – Mark Deburgomaster, the Vice President of the Western Region of NYSCOPBA, which includes Auburn Correctional Facility, praised Jon Budelmann, Cayuga County District Attorney, for prosecuting and securing convictions of two inmates that were instrumental to the 2019 prison riot that injured several staff members.
