As you should be aware, contract negotiations have been held between the Westchester Medical Center Health Network and Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Unfortunately, those negotiations have been unsuccessful. Therefore, effective June 1st, services at the following hospitals are processed out-of-network:
